Each cabin has electricity, heat, hot water, full bath, full kitchen, telephone, ceiling fans, color TV serviced by Direct TV satellite. Also included: All linens, blankets, towels, and utensils. Outside there is a large brick fireplace and barbecue with a beautiful view of Coos Canyon. Each cabin sleeps 6 to 7 people.

For two adults and two children under 12 years.
From 1/1/2012 - 12/31/2012 = $120.00 per night

Each additional person, add $10.00 per night.
Youth beds and crib: $2.00 per night.

CHECK IN TIME: any time after 2:00PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM

Deposits: For less than 7 nights: one night deposit, 7 or more nights: 1/2 deposit when reservations are made. Paid in full upon arrival.

Cancellations: There will be a 10% charge on all cancellations, and at least a 2 week notice.  If you cancel less than 1 week from your arrival date, you will have to pay the full amount.

Referrals: If referred by a referral agency, subject to a 10% referral fee.
